We provide most industrial service in house. Unlike many other contractors, we perform almost all work with our staff either on site or at our shop.

Some of these services include:

• Pump and motor rebuilding.

• Laser alignment and vibration analysis of pump, motor, and fan assemblies.

• Ultrasonic flow analysis.

• Air balance and airflow analysis.

• Thickness testing of piping.

• Certified welding inspections.

• Machining and manufacturing of pump and chiller parts as well as specialty tools and rigging.

 We have trained and certified mechanics in Trane, Johnson Controls, and Carrier centrifugal service and overhaul. We specialize in older and more difficult overhauls regardless of the age or size of the chiller.

We have successfully overhauled chillers that date back as far as 1962. We manufactured several of the out of production parts at our facility and when complete, the machines passed all balance, vibration, and tonnage testing.
